Contacts
Your personal network is made up of your contacts. The "Contacts" section gives you an overview of all casa united members who belong to your network. You can add new members to your network at any time.
Desktop
Your Desktop keeps you up to date on all of your contacts' activities (activities in your personal network). You can send messages to your network and view your contacts' status updates. You will also be informed about your contacts' latest properties.
Profile
Your Profile is your personal calling card for other casa united members, summarizing your area of business and your business interests. Members can also view the properties you have published and the groups that you belong to. Other casa united members can use your profile and the integrated casa united messaging system to contact you or invite you to join their networks.
Any member of your network is also visible to all other members of your network.
Groups
Any casa united member can establish a group. Groups offer a closed forum for those with similar interests or partnerships. Details of properties can be exchanged or discussed on the groups' message boards. As the group's founder, you decide whether your group is open to everyone or only to selected members.
Messages
Your Inbox not only stores all of your messages but also your group invitations and contact requests. In addition, you can also send messages easily to other casa united members.
Property Portal
The Property Portal (Multiple Listing System) is effectively a list of all properties offered across the entire casa united network. The seller offering the property is thus offering a joint business deal to another casa united member.
If this member refers a buyer successfully, then the seller offering the property agrees to pay the referrer a secondary commission. Every seller offering a property decides on the amount of commission offered, which is then displayed next to the property. The seller agrees to pay this sum for a successful referral.
At first, the seller will only see the name of the potential buyer. This seller can then accept or reject this potential buyer referral. If the seller accepts the potential buyer referral, then he or she will be able to view full details of the contact.
Simultaneously, the casa united system will generate a listing agreement for both parties. This contract will be presented in one of at least 10 languages previously confirmed by the members.
Casa united is not a party to contracts or individual agreements made between members and acts solely as the provider of the technical platform. Please also consult our T&Cs.
Properties
The casa united property publishing system enables you to give a simple description of your building land, residential or commercial property, investment property or building project. After entry, your description is translated automatically into at least 10 languages. You can also add photos, videos, documents and plans to every property.
If you have a property with multiple units, then you can also link each individual unit to this property.
Example: a building project with 100 apartments
The entire apartment block is given a property number and property name, e.g. "SEAVIEW TOWER." Each individual apartment is then created: it also receives its own property number and is linked to the "SEAVIEW TOWER" apartment block. This lets you present the overall building project while being able to give potential buyers/agents an overview of the apartment units that have been sold or are still available.
Ratings system
Except for contractual agreements, the ratings system gives you an overview of how other colleagues rate your potential business partners. Here, you can rate other members or view the ratings you have received. Key criteria are reliability, professional expertise, response time to inquiries and the observation of payment agreements.
